Warley u3a is a peer led organisation and so all members are encouraged to take an active part in the running of the charity - whether that be serving on the Committee, leading an Interest Group or simply serving coffee at the monthly meetings.
As a registered charity (no 1200186), we are governed by our Constitiution, along with our policies and procedures.

The day-to-day affairs of the Group are co-ordinated by a Committee (the Trustees) who are elected annually at our AGM.
The admin tasks are shared out to try and ensure that no one has too onerous a job and our Constitution provides that members may only serve on the committee in a main role (Chair, Secretary, Treasurer) for three years before "taking a break".
